Our Staff
We currently employ 6 staff. The well qualified team is led by Claire Cox our Playleader.
All our staff are dedicated to providing the best possible care and education to each and every child who joins Little Bears. We operate a keyworker system so that each staff member is assigned a small number of children. This enables them to get to know each individual child and their family and ensures that we can get to know each child’s likes and dislikes and any particular interests which can be incorporated into our curriculum.
